My Chat w/ Skab055 concluded with Ideas...

Here's the Main Idea:
Getting the Server up and Running...

-We all want the server up, but first we need structure!
-We need a couple of super reliant Overseers(People that look over the complete server and are easy to get to in need.)
-We need some reliant Administrators and Moderators.

BEFORE ALL OF THAT, we must think small...

Here's How we'll do it:
1)Get the time-zones organized into groups.
2)Get the Owner of the Server, The Co-Owner, and Original Administrators to
appoint a Overseer for each time-zone (Under leisure of course. But it must be done!)

Characteristics/Traits of a Overseer
-Easy to talk to
-Easy to get a hold of
-Very Friendly
-Must know server commands
-Must know how to interact with those 'certain' players
-Have a general knowledge how to counter a hackers attempts
-Must be Active
-Must be Mature
-Etc. (More to be added)

3)Then this Overseer must appoint at least Two Administrators for his/her time-zone.
4)These Administrators must pass inspection by the Owner/Co-Owner (at leisure of course.)

Characteristics/Traits of a Administrator
(Pretty much the same as the Overseer)
-These Administrators must be the Most Active.

5)If more help is needed for that time-zone, Moderators can/will be appointed by the Overseer and Administrator.
6)Applicants are welcome always. (Less work on our end! Haha :P)

This concludes of my post for now. I will be adding more, so keep listening in!

It was the general idea, not that I needed to see any. I'm coming up with ideas, the decision is not up to me, I'm but a lowly Architect.

Alright then, we need to find out a way to get the time-zones organized, and get some Directors up to speed.

Yeah dude, thats why I made a forum. Buuut since we have made a merge into LBC, the hierarchy here has broken down a bit. Here at LAX is left for building projects for LBC or for my personal projects.

I am starting to write idea for a roleplay. Once its 100% done Ill let ppl play it, but only to an exclusive and small playerbase.
