Character name: Bruce Bare-Knuckles
Faction-Criminal Underworld
Desc-He is the kingpin of the barebone criminal industry 7ft tall buff prefers hand to hand fighting
Backstory-born in 2020 in the middle in of a city sewer which in years of backroom gambling he turned into the centre of his criminal empire.
his clients go from the common junkie all the way to the mayor.
