Tell us about yourself:
In general i enjoy sports that require the least amount of hand-eye co-ordination as mine is terrible so i tend towards sports like white water kayaking and Skiing but also i do enjoy shooting and archery as a hobby in my back garden. I would say i'm not addicted to my computer yet it fills most of my time, however time with my girlfriend and paint balling always come first become minecraft or bf3. Things like Photoshop and Gaming such as BF3 and CSS. Minecraft wise i've spent over a year hosting and seeing servers hosted which i find enjoyable but also shows just how much i can get addicted to games.

What experience do you have in this field?:
Around a Year. Now personally from running my own server i understand how bad this sounds obviously because having been an admin and run so many other servers i must be doing something wrong or have no dedicated, but on the contrary i've simple not found the love of those servers or they died in their own hands mostly from bad ideas on my part.
What is your knowledge of different server plug-ins?:
A lot, I can name pretty much a mod for anything you would like to do from Terraforming to RPG to Anti Grief measures.
How many hours can you provide to the server?:
As many as i'm willing to spend. Sounds like i would spend a lot either in-game or on the forums maybe up to several hours a day.
What time zone do you live in?:
GMT + 0 - London Mean time
Will you be able to handle stressful situations?:
Depends on who is talking to me. If its a new member i most likely wont take to kindly with being stressed at or being messed around and will most likely take on a meaner approach than i would with a long time member who i have gotten to know. In regards to other admins i normally will take it to PM or walk away but i can over react as other people might do if being confronted in public
Will you enforce the rules without being aggressive?:
Enforcing rules in an aggressive manner is a different point of view. Personally i think if a guy insulting me behind my back or in public i would be a lot more aggressive than i would to some one griefing or stealing items. In general each situation is different and is handled in a different manner by different admins, i will do my best to be diplomatic in solving problems but i do not swear to not annoy people or be aggressive in situations.
Do you have experience in World Edit and/or Voxel Sniper?: Aye alot ask Skab
Do you swear, to never abuse your powers, to never act out in a way that may cause harm, be it intentional or not -- that your first and foremost priority is the well being of that of the server, its people and maintaining an air of friendliness. You also may be called upon to use your skills to help community members in their builds and must help them with patience and understanding. After agreeing to these terms, you agree to the right that any infringement of these rules grant us the right to do as we wish in punishment and examination.
I agree to do my best to never cause emotional or physical harm to any person who is part of the community. I will do my up most to not cause any harm to the server but accidents happen especially when voxel sniping and world editing and as such would appreciate the understanding that such problems will arise and you will not act out before giving me a chance to talk to you.

In General i've been on alot of creative servers, Fantasy Craft as a Main builder , Paladins Quest as a lead Architect and Terraformer and Graylisted on the VoxelBox & Accepted onto the FyreUK Server as a builder

Sure Thing.
Will you be able to take constructive criticism and follow direction?:
If you can prove that you know what your talking about and your not making up crap sure thing

You can't do it solo now can you?

A Lot, I've been the main Terraformer for Paladins Quest

Sure in about 2 weeks when the map is released or i can Terraform for you

Yes especially for my natural landscaping as its mostly opinion

AS Voxel sniping requires guessing and can cause problems with a simple mistake so you much also understand that on occasionsions problems will arrise that may not be fixable straight away but i will do my best to sort out those problems.
